Intelligence Community Says US Had Better Reauthorize Surveillance… Or Else
WaPo, which to this day continues to violate universal journalistic protocol by refusing to disclose its $600 million conflict of interest when reporting on the US intelligence community, just so happens to once again find itself in full agreement with that same US intelligence community. In a new joint statement by the Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats, CIA Director Mike Pompeo, FBI Director Christopher Wray, NSA Director Michael Rogers, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the US intelligence community warns that should congress fail to reauthorize Section 702, something very, very bad may happen to America.

President Donald Trump declared a national emergency on Dec. 21 in response to severe human rights abuses and corruption around the world.
In his executive order, the president said that rights abuses and corruption “have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems.”
“I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat,” Trump said.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.
Executive Order 13581: Blocking Property of Transnational Criminal Organizations [open pdf - 197KB]
Alternate Title: EO 13581: Blocking Property of Transnational Criminal Organizations
This Executive Order finds that "significant transnational criminal organizations, such as those listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Such organizations are becoming increasingly sophisticated and dangerous to the United States; they are increasingly entrenched in the operations of foreign governments and the international financial system, thereby weakening democratic institutions, degrading the rule of law, and undermining economic markets. These organizations facilitate and aggravate violent civil conflicts and increasingly facilitate the activities of other dangerous persons." These organizations are considered an "extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States". President Obama declares a national emergency to deal with the threat of these organizations and order that "All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person."

Q Anon was developed by the Cicada group, according to the Youtuber, Defango. He claims to have been personally involved in the project, making the somewhat startling assertion that he "wrote half the questions" himself. The claims were made during a roundtable discussion which was recorded and re-broadcast by Nathan Stolpman of Lift the Veil (who was himself involved in the same discussion.) Stolpman later made a three-hour video YouTubecentred on Defango's admission.
On Saturday morning January 13, residents of the Hawaiian Islands received an emergency alert that warned of an incoming ballistic missile and instructed everyone to take cover.
Then after 38 minutes of sheer terror for many all over the Hawaiian islands, residents were notified by the emergency alert system that it was all a false alarm.
There is no “button” that could be accidentally hit. There are five fail safe procedures in the Hawaiian Emergency Alert Management System, the last being a two key system such as are present in US missile silos and on US nuclear missile submarines. Two keys, eight feet apart, requiring two different individuals to simultaneously and positively trigger the alert.
From Jim Stone:
A chartered vessel with 9 tour boat guides and about 13 tourists witnessed some type of explosion in the sky about 100 NM offshore of Maui at the time the nuclear alert went off in Hawaii. Witnesses that were in a light house 100 miles away also saw the explosion, which would mean it had to be huge and visible from two different vantage points at least 100 miles apart. This would likely have been a nuclear weapon used to take down another nuclear weapon.
NBC Crew in Hawaii Bunker Hours Before False Alert
It’s been confirmed that NBC’s Jacob Soboroff and crew gained access to a highly-secure bunker facility in which the Jan. 13 “ballistic missile threat” alert message was sent from, just hours before the message was broadcast, reportedly in error.
“Hours before the false alarm sounded with warning of an inbound missile we had exclusive access to the bunker where it was sent from,” Soboroff blatantly admitted in a Jan. 15 report which aired on the Nightly News titled “Nerves Rattled After Missile False Alarm in Hawaii.”
On January 31, however, the U.S. Navy announced that it had conducted another exercise to intercept a ballistic missile using its Aegis class anti-ballistic missile defense technology. The exercise was the second failure by the Navy to intercept a ballistic missile attack in the past year.
Given that the exercise was conducted less than three weeks since the January 13 incident, it is clear that the U.S. Navy currently does not currently have the capacity for reliably intercepting ballistic missiles.
The announcement of the failed exercise raises an intriguing question. Were U.S. Navy leaders signaling they were not responsible for shooting down the January 13 missile? So then, who did shoot down the ballistic missile?
Further insight into what happened on the morning of January 13, comes from an anonymous Hickham Air Force Base source on duty at the time of the alert. S/he pointed out the great amount of confusion over the alert which was at different points considered a drill and then a genuine attack by U.S. Pacific Command personnel.
Significantly, s/he points out it was only after a request for a military response to the presumed attacker, North Korea, was declined by the White House that Hawaii local authorities were instructed to say it was all a false alarm.
The confusion over the missile alert being a drill or genuine has the tell-tale characteristics of a false flag attack. Similar confusion has occurred in past false flag events on September 11, 2001 (New York) and July 7, 2005 (London), etc.
A train carrying members of Congress to a Republican retreat in West Virginia slammed into a garbage truck Wednesday, throwing lawmakers from their seats and leaving at least one person dead, officials said.
BOOM: SESSIONS HAS ANNOUNCED HE THINKS THE COLLISION WAS COORDINATED AND NOT AN ACCIDENT. Most likely the train was sent into a truck that had been hijacked via remote and driven with precision straight into the train's path. UPDATE: It is now confirmed the train did not hit the brakes, which means they were probably disabled via remote.
UPDATE: It now appears that TWO trucks were involved. The initial hit was an 18 wheeler, and the second hit was a dump truck at a different crossing. That is why the dump truck is close to where the train stopped.
